Step 1

Two discovery modes, one unified flow

Channel Discovery has two tabs at the top: Simple Search and AI Discovery. Both end at the same Chat Selection step.

Step 2

Simple Search: paste your keywords

Type phrases separated by commas or new lines. The counter confirms how many distinct queries were recognised, then click Search.

Simple Search results: pick chats and apply

Matching channels come back with member counts and descriptions — no AI ranking in Simple mode. Tick the ones that look right and click Apply and start monitoring.

AI Discovery: describe your business, review generated keywords

Switch to the AI tab and describe who you sell to. The model generates keywords, stop-words and search queries — edit them as chips before running the search.

AI Discovery results: ranked by relevance score

Only AI mode shows a relevance ring next to every channel — green for a strong fit, orange for a stretch. Start with the top-scored ones and click Apply and start monitoring.
